The most notable observation across the twelve weeks concerned the mid-afternoon energy pattern. The pre-supplementation baseline, documented across a two-week journalling period before the stack was introduced, showed a consistent dip in reported focus between approximately 14:00 and 16:30 on working days. This pattern did not disappear during the supplementation period, but its intensity as described in the journal entries reduced from a consistent feature of the day to an occasional one — present on days of poor sleep and high caloric restriction, absent on more balanced days.
